PIPELINE
Pipelines deliver energy from where it's produced to where it is turned into useful fuels and products and on to our local communities. Energy products delivered by pipeline include crude oil, refined products such as gasoline and diesel, and natural gas liquids such as ethane and propane.
WHAT DO WE DO?
Our team is
highly qualified and certified to execute Pipeline works. Our equipment includes:
- Diesel Welding Machines.
- Automatic Welding Machines.
- A Hydraulic Cutting Machine for Pipes ranging from 4"-48".
- Cutting and Beveling Machine.
- An onsite Generator (125-500 kVA)An Oven for Welding Wires.
We have also executed cleaning and maintenance projects as well as painting a wide range of pipes (from 4" - 48")

What pipe is used for oil and gas?
The main pipes used in the offshore Oil and Gas Industry are Duplex 2205 (22% Chromium, 5% Nickel) and 2507 (25% Chromium, 7% Nickel); and Super Duplex 2507 which has higher corrosion resistance.
Why are oil pipelines needed?
Pipelines are needed to transport raw materials from the areas of production, which are sometimes very remote, to the refineries and chemical plants across the U.S. Then, they move the finished products to gasoline terminals, natural gas power plants and other end users.
